Take TX-120 E toward Sherman (about 15 minutes). Merge onto US-75 N briefly, then exit at FM-1417 east to N Highland Ave.

Travel north on Travis Street, then west on FM-1417 / Lamberth Street. Turn right onto N Highland Ave. The medical building is on the corner.
