FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When should I go to the ER instead?
Call 911 or go to the ER for: chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke symptoms (face droop, arm weakness, speech difficulty), severe abdominal pain, major trauma, severe bleeding, or any life-threatening symptom. Our office is for non-emergent acute concerns.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes. Call our office first thing in the morning (8:00 AM) for the best chance of getting a same-day slot. We hold time each day for acute issues.
What if I’m a new patient?
We do accept new patients for acute visits when slots are available, but priority goes to established patients. Becoming a regular patient ensures same-day access when you need it.
